Michael E. Jacobs
Founder/President/Chief Executive Officer/CEO
The founder and President, Michael Jacobs, is an impressive, dynamic and energetic self-starter. An unquestioned IT expert, Mr. Jacobs has also been involved in a variety of other challenging business pursuits. He commenced his exceptional career by serving in this country’s armed forces in Europe. Later, he obtained his computer knowledge from PSI Institute of Learning and Temple University, securing certification and a degree in computer programming. Finding a deep, inherent interest in skills for computers, Mr. Jacobs secured enviable consulting advisory rolls with a number of top agencies where he utilized his outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, his leadership abilities, his technical communication and project management acumen. As his proficiency grew, so did his desire to obtain and maintain a thriving business which he could own, manage and grow. Thus, the birth of Michael J. Consulting, Inc., which was very successful in the computer staffing and software consulting field for five years back in the 1990’s. Michael Jacobs has provided superb IT contractual services to some of the most well-known companies in existence, i.e., Harley Davidson, Motorola, and American Software.
Mr. Jacobs has more than 30 years serving as a computer programmer, analyst, and consultant, with expertise on the AS400/ISeries and Mainframe platforms as a COBOL and RPG programmer. As an independent contractor for large and small companies, Michael Jacobs has extensive knowledge in the workings of the IT profession. In a variety of settings, the founder of Meridian Power Group has strong management know-how. Michael Jacobs has the skill to not only listen well, drawing out a company's needs through open-ended questions, but he also has the unique ability to recognize people's strengths and weaknesses. With his shrewd wisdom and “determined to succeed attitude,” Mr. Jacobs is in an obvious position to take his IT company, Meridian Power Group, rapidly to the top.
Duties and Responsibilities – Founder/President/CEO - As the Founder, Mr. Jacobs will be responsible for attracting and securing large contracts, new business and obtain the necessary investments. He will also maintain adequate communications with prospective investors and current clients and partners. Mr. Jacobs is in constant and regular communications with his staff and other key personnel to stay abreast of the daily operations of the Meridian Power Group. Mr. Jacobs is the lead person interacting with customers and with their IBM Premier Partner representative. Mr. Jacobs also oversees the management of Human Resources and is involved in all IT issues, including hiring/firing of staff.
Executive Vice President
Dayne Evans is Executive Vice President of Meridian Power Group. In this role, he leverages his proven business acumen from over 20 years of professional engagements in working closely with the President/CEO of Meridian Power Group in forging the company’s strategic direction. In addition, Dayne works with the company’s partners to put in place mutually beneficial operational and financial structures that will also, importantly, ensure Meridian’s healthy and robust growth over the long term. Dayne is was also an Associate Director with Auction.com where he oversaw the Atlanta office in relation to the company’s brokerage activities for Office, Retail, Industrial, and Multi-Family transactions in the Southeast. On behalf of Auction.com, he has managed the marketing processes of projects of varying complexities and geographies totaling well over $500 million. Prior to this tenure with Auction.com, Dayne served in a similar capacity with Rockwood Real Estate Advisors until Rockwood was acquired by Auction.com. During his tenure at Rockwood, Dayne has been involved in transactions totaling over $500 million. Dayne is formerly a Director of Acquisitions and Development at Portman Holdings. While there he played a key role in sourcing acquisition opportunities in the United States. These encompassed hotels (both full and limited service), hotel-anchored Mixed Use, and Office. As a member of the development team, Dayne also performed financial structuring and conducted project feasibility analyses for Portman Holdings’ domestic and international development projects. Previously, Dayne was Senior Financial Associate in the Financial Consulting Group at Cushman & Wakefield of Georgia. While there, he performed multiple valuation analyses on more than $50 billion of a commercial real estate, consisting of Office, Retail, and Industrial/Flex space, as part of the large asset sale process. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he was a Real Estate Analyst with ACG Professionals, Inc.
Dayne has a B.B.A. degree with a concentration in Marketing from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.

Henry Whitlow is trained as a Baldrige examiner and is also
trained in a number of quality-related topics, including ISO 9000, benchmarking, facilitation, quality planning, and statistical process control techniques. Henry has served as an adjunct
instructor for Southern Tech University, Georgia State University, Georgia Institute of Technology, and the Clark-Atlanta University Business School. He is the 1994 winner of the
Groupware Service Provider Award for application of Groupware technology,
awarded by Computer World at the Groupware conference held annually in San
Jose, California. A business process analyst with extensive financial
management and financial systems experience, Henry has served as a member of
the IBM Corporate Quality Staff where he was responsible for the establishment
and management of the worldwide benchmarking database, and he has conducted a
number of benchmarking projects in private and public settings.

Duties and Responsibilities/CFO – As the MPG Chief Financial Officer Henry Whitlow
is accountable for the administrative, financial and risk management operations of MPG. Will assess organizational performance against both the annual budget and the company’s long-term strategy. Develop tool and systems to provide critical financial and operational information to the CEO and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations. Assist in establishing yearly objectives and meeting agendas, and selecting and engaging outside consultants (auditors, investment advisors). Oversee long-term budgetary planning and costs management in alignment with MPG strategic.

Attorney E. Noreen Banks-Ware is the principal of E. Noreen Banks-Ware, P.C.
